  IF Staining of U-251 using CL488-67280

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed U-251 cells using CoraLite® Plus 488 SNRPN antibody (CL488-67280, Clone: 1H2F4 ) at dilution of 1:1000, CL594-Phalloidin (red).

• 

  FC experiment of HeLa using CL488-67280

  1X10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug CoraLite® Plus 488 Anti-Human SNRPN (CL488-67280, Clone:1H2F4) (red), or 0.4 ug Control Antibody. Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011).

SNRPN, or SNURF-SNRPN, is a bicistronic imprinted gene that encodes 2 polypeptides, the SmN splicing factor, which is involved in RNA processing, and the SNRPN upstream reading frame (SNURF) polypeptide.The SNRPN gene is transcribed exclusively from the paternally inherited chromosome and shows highest expression in brain and heart. SNRPN may play a role in etiology of Prader-Willi syndrome.
