  WB analysis using 11789-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 11789-1-AP (NIPSNAP3B antibody) at dilution of 1:2000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IHC staining of human lymphoma using 11789-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human lymphoma using 11789-1-AP (NIPSNAP3B antibody) at dilution of 1:50 (under 10x lens).

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in WB: Mauslebergewebe, Rattenlebergewebe
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Lymphomgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.

NIPSNAP3B is a member of the NIPSNAP family with putative roles in vesicular trafficking (PMID: 15177564). The gene of NIPSNAP3B maps to chromosome 9q31.3, and encodes a 247-amino-acid protein with a calculated molecular mass of 28 kDa. NIPSNAP3B gene has been reported to be highly associated with low bone mineral density (BMD) variation in postmenopausal Caucasian women (PMID: 19922823).

Beside NIPSNAP3A, I also tested an antibody for NIPSNAP3B as I study these proteins and their relevance in pathophysiology of Parkinson's disease for my PhD thesis. Also the NIPSNAP3B antibody showed a very precise result with one clear band.
