  K-562 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 12238-1-AP (MKRN2 Antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

MKRN2(Probable E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase makorin-2) is also named as RNF62. It is an E3 ubiquitin ligase that catalyzes the covalent attachment of ubiquitin moieties onto substrate proteins. It may be playing a functional role in negatively regulating neurogenesis via PI3K/Akt signaling.
