  WB analysis using 18129-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 18129-1-AP (GCOM1 antibody) at dilution of 1:2500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IHC staining of human liver cancer using 18129-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human liver cancer tissue slide using 18129-1-AP (GCOM1 antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 10x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

  IF Staining of HepG2 using 18129-1-AP

  Immunofluorescent analysis of HepG2 cells, using GCOM1 antibody 18129-1-AP at 1:25 dilution and Rhodamine-labeled goat anti-rabbit IgG (red). Blue pseudocolor = DAPI (fluorescent DNA dye).

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Leberkarzinomgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
