  WB analysis of human kidney using 11941-2-AP

  human kidney tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 11941-2-AP (GAS2 antibody) at dilution of 1:500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in WB: humanes Nierengewebe, humanes Lebergewebe, Jurkat-Zellen, Mauslebergewebe
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Lungenkarzinomgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.

• Immunhistochemie (IHC): IHC : 1:50-1:500
