  WB analysis of mouse testis using 17364-1-AP

  mouse testis tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 17364-1-AP (DNAJC5B antibody) at dilution of 1:1500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  IP experiment of mouse testis using 17364-1-AP

  IP result of anti-DNAJC5B (IP:17364-1-AP, 3ug; Detection:17364-1-AP 1:1500) with mouse testis tissue lysate 4000ug.

  IF Staining of HepG2 using 17364-1-AP

  Immunofluorescent analysis of HepG2 cells, using DNAJC5B antibody 17364-1-AP at 1:25 dilution and Rhodamine-labeled goat anti-rabbit IgG (red).

Hintergrundinformationen

DNAJC5B encodes cysteine string proteins (CSP) beta. CSPs belong to the DnaJ-like chaperone family and play an important role in regulated exocytosis in neurons and endocrine cells. Mammals express three CSP proteins, α, β, γ. In contrast to the CSPα which is ubiquitously expressed, CSPβ is restricted to testis and auditory hair cell neurons. The predicted MW of DNAJC5B is around 22 kDa, while some modified forms exist (PMID: 17034881)
