• 

  WB analysis using 30923-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 30923-1-AP (AHCTF1 antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  IF Staining of U2OS using 30923-1-AP

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed U2OS cells using AHCTF1 antibody (30923-1-AP) at dilution of 1:200 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2), CL594-Phalloidin (red).

Background Information

AHCTF1, also known as ELYS, TMBS62, is a large multifunctional protein. It plays essential roles in nuclear pore assembly and mitosis. AHCTF1 was expressed at higher levels in embryonic liver, spleen and thymus compared to the corresponding adult tissues (PMID: 11952839) and has 3 isoforms with MW of 252~256 kDa.
