• Résultats positifs en IHC: tissu de tumeur ovarienne humain, tissu de cancer du côlon humain, tissu de côlon humain, tissu de gliome humain, tissu hépatique humain; il est suggéré de démasquer l'antigène avec un tampon de TE buffer pH 9.0; (*) À défaut, 'le démasquage de l'antigène peut être 'effectué avec un tampon citrate pH 6,0.

Dilution recommandée

• Western Blot (WB): WB : 1:500-1:2000
• Immunohistochimie (IHC): IHC : 1:200-1:800
• Flow Cytometry (FC): FC : 0.20 ug per 10^6 cells in a 100 µl suspension

TRIP6 (thyroid receptor-interacting protein 6), also known as ZRP-1 (zyxin-related protein 1), is a member of the zyxin family that has been implicated in actin reorganization and cell motility. Trip6 has been proposed to transport signals from the cell surface to the nucleus.
