  FC experiment of HepG2 using CL647-65128

  1X10^6 HepG2 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.2 ug CoraLite® Plus 647 Anti-Mouse IgG2b Isotype Control (CL647-65128, Clone:MPC-11) (red), or 0.2 ug CoraLite® Plus 647-conjugated HDAC2 Mouse McAb (CL647-67165, Clone: 1A3E4) (green) or unstained (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with True-Nuclear Transcription Factor Buffer Set.
