  WB analysis using 28331-1-AP

  Daudi cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 28331-1-AP (IL4R antibody) at dilution of 1:600 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  IHC staining of human tonsillitis using 28331-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human tonsillitis tissue slide using 28331-1-AP (IL4R antibody) at dilution of 1:600 (under 10x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

  1X10^6 Daudi cells were stained with 0.20 ug Anti-Human IL-4R (28331-1-AP) (red) or 0.20 ug isotype control antibody (blue) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) with dilution of 1:1000. Cells were fixed with 90% MeOH.
