  IF Staining of HeLa using CL647-66467

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed HeLa cells using the CoraLite® Plus 647-conjugated version of this antibody, CL647-66467 (Heavy chain of Rabbit IgG antibody), at dilution of 1:200.

• 

  FC experiment of HepG2 using CL647-66467

  1X10^6 HepG2 cells were intracellularly stained with Anti-human TDP-43 recombinant antibody (80002-1-RR) and 0.2 ug CoraLite® Plus 647 Anti-Rabbit Heavy chain of Rabbit IgG (CL647-66467, Clone:1C9A5) (red), or 0.2 ug Control Antibody. Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011).
