  IF Staining of human tonsillitis using CL488-67272

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed human tonsillitis tissue using CoraLite® Plus 488 Granzyme K antibody (CL488-67272, Clone: 1C3A4 ) at dilution of 1:200. DAPI (blue).

• 

  FC experiment of NK92 using CL488-67272

  1X10^6 NK92 were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug CoraLite® Plus 488 Anti-Human Granzyme K (CL488-67272, Clone:1C3A4) (red), or 0.4 ug x. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).
