• Résultats positifs en IHC: tissu cardiaque humain, tissu de cancer du foie humain; il est suggéré de démasquer l'antigène avec un tampon de TE buffer pH 9.0; (*) À défaut, 'le démasquage de l'antigène peut être 'effectué avec un tampon citrate pH 6,0.

Informations générales

AK9, also named as adenylate kinase 9, belongs to adenylate kinase family, which is a small, ususlly monomeric, enzyme found in every living thing due to its crucial role in energenic metabolism(PMID: 30666486). AK9 is a nucleoside mono- and diphosphate kinase due to its broad phosphatase activity, the local concentration of substrates probably influences catalytic activity(PMID: 24495878). This antibody can detect 45-50 kDa band of AK9(PMID: 23416111).
