  WB analysis of MCF-7 using 18255-1-AP

  WB result of TRMT5 antibody (18255-1-AP; 1:3000; incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours) with sh-Control and sh-TRMT5 transfected MCF-7 cells.

• 

  WB analysis of Jurkat using 18255-1-AP

  Jurkat cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 18255-1-AP (TRMT5 antibody) at dilution of 1:500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.
