  1X10^6 Daudi cells were stained with 0.20 ug/test Anti-Human TNFRSF17 (27724-1-AP) (red) or 0.20 ug control antibody (blue) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) with dilution 1:1000. Fixed with90% MeOH.

Hintergrundinformationen

TNFRSF17 (also known as BCMA and CD269) is located on chromosome 16p13.1 and was initially cloned as a translocation product in human T cell lymphom. TNFRSF17 is preferentially expressed in mature B lymphocytes. TNFRSF17 is involved in the late stages of B cell maturation; it is important for the survival of plasmablasts and long-lived plasma cells in the bone marrow.
