  WB analysis using 67816-1-Ig

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 67816-1-Ig (TALDO1 antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. The membrane was stripped and reblotted with HRP-conjugated Alpha Tubulin Monoclonal antibody (HRP-66031) as loading control.

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in WB: LNCaP-Zellen, HEK-293-Zellen, HeLa-Zellen, Jurkat-Zellen, K-562-Zellen
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Ösophaguskarzinomgewebe, humanes Prostatakarzinomgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.

Hintergrundinformationen

TALDO1 belongs to the transaldolase family which contributes to the generation of NADPH in the nonoxidative phase of the pentose phosphate pathway (PPP). Defects in TALDO1 are the cause of transaldolase 1 deficiency which results in telangiectases of the skin, hepatosplenomegaly, and enlarged clitoris.
