  WB analysis using 67018-1-Ig

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 67018-1-Ig (STBD1 antibody) at dilution of 1:16000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. The membrane was stripped and reblotted with HRP-conjugated Lamin B1 Monoclonal antibody (HRP-66095) as loading control.

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in WB: LNCaP-Zellen, A549-Zellen, HEK-293-Zellen, HeLa-Zellen, HepG2-Zellen
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Leberkarzinomgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.

STBD1 may have the capability to bind to carbohydrates. It functions as a glycogen receptor that tethers glycogen to autophagic membranes for delivery and breakdown in lysosomes. STBD1 appears molecular mass of 35-38 kDa band in mouse/rat tissues and 38-43 kDa in human tissue.
