• 

  WB analysis using 14687-1-AP

  HeLa lysates (heated at 100℃ and 37℃) were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 14687-1-AP (SLC44A1 antibody) at dilution of 1:2000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IHC staining of human lung cancer using 14687-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human lung cancer tissue slide using 14687-1-AP (SLC44A1 antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 10x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

Geprüfte Anwendungen

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in WB: 37°C incubated HeLa cells
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Lungenkarzinomgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
