  IF Staining of HeLa using CL488-66815

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Methanol) fixed HeLa cells using CoraLite® Plus 488 RARS antibody (CL488-66815, Clone: 1C8G4 ) at dilution of 1:200.

• 

  FC experiment of HEK-293T using CL488-66815

  1X10^6 HEK-293T cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug CoraLite® Plus 488 Anti-Human RARS (CL488-66815, Clone:1C8G4) (red), or 0.4 ug Control Antibody. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

RARS, also named ArgRS (arginyl-tRNA synthetase), belongs to the class-I aminoacyl-tRNA synthetase family which catalyze the aminoacylation of tRNA by their cognate amino acid. In higher eukaryotes, one of the two arginyl-tRNA synthetases (ArgRSs) has evolved to have an extended N-terminal domain that plays a crucial role in protein synthesis and cell growth and in integration into the multisynthetase complex (MSC) (PMID:25288775). RARS has two isoforms with the molecular weight of 75 and 67 kDa.
