  1X10^6 HL-60 cells were stained with 0.2ug PTAFR antibody (20921-1-AP, red) and control antibody (blue). Fixed with 4% PFA blocked with 3% BSA (30 min). Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) with dilution 1:1500.

Geprüfte Anwendungen

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Lungengewebe, humanes Herzgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in FC: HL-60-Zellen

Empfohlene Verdünnung

• Immunhistochemie (IHC): IHC : 1:20-1:200
• Durchflusszytometrie (FC): FC : 0.20 ug per 10^6 cells in a 100 µl suspension

It is recommended that this reagent should be titrated in each testing system to obtain optimal results.
