  HeLa cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 15046-1-AP (POMP Antibody) at dilution of 1:2000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  1X10^6 HepG2 cells were stained with 0.2ug POMP antibody (15046-1-AP, red) and control antibody (blue). Fixed with 90% MeOH blocked with 3% BSA (30 min). Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) with dilution 1:1500.

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Lebergewebe, humanes Hautgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IF: HepG2-Zellen, HeLa-Zellen

• Immunhistochemie (IHC): IHC : 1:20-1:200
• Immunfluoreszenz (IF): IF : 1:10-1:100
• Durchflusszytometrie (FC): FC : 0.20 ug per 10^6 cells in a 100 µl suspension

It is recommended that this reagent should be titrated in each testing system to obtain optimal results.
