  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 21482-1-AP (PLP2 antibody) at dilution of 1:800 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  IHC staining of human colon using 21482-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human colon using 21482-1-AP (PLP2 antibody) at dilution of 1:50 (under 10x lens).

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Kolongewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IF/ICC: HepG2-Zellen
