  IF Staining of HT-29 using CL594-11685

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HT-29 cells using CoraLite®594 PLEK2 antibody (CL594-11685) at dilution of 1:200.

• 

  FC experiment of HT-29 using CL594-11685

  1X10^6 HT-29 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug CoraLite®594 Anti-Human PLEK2 (CL594-11685) (red), or 0.4 ug Control Antibody. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).
