  WB analysis using 16082-1-AP

  Ramos cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 16082-1-AP (PCIF1 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  HepG2 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 16082-1-AP (PCIF1 antibody) at dilution of 1:800 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

Geprüfte Anwendungen

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in WB: Ramos-Zellen, HEK-293T-Zellen, HepG2-Zellen, Jurkat-Zellen
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Tonsillitisgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.

• Immunhistochemie (IHC): IHC : 1:200-1:800
