  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 29921-1-AP (OTUD1 antibody) at dilution of 1:2000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

Hintergrundinformationen

OTUD1, OTU domain-containing protein 1, is a deubiquitinating enzyme that specifically hydrolyzes 'Lys-63'-linked polyubiquitin to monoubiquitin (PMID: 23827681). OTUD1-mediated deubiquitination prevents activation of the ribosome quality control and subsequent dissociation of ribosomes and stimulates formation of polysomes and translation (PMID: 36445135). OTUD1 is a colon-specific deubiquitinase that expressed in normal colonic epithelium goblet cells (PMID: 36910614).
