  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 27278-1-AP (NLGN4X antibody) at dilution of 1:500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  IHC staining of mouse brain using 27278-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse brain tissue slide using 27278-1-AP (NLGN4X antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 40x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

Hintergrundinformationen

NLGN4X is a member of the type-B carboxylesterase/lipase protein family. The encoded protein belongs to a family of neuronal cell surface proteins. Members of this family may act as splice site-specific ligands for beta-neurexins and may be involved in the formation and remodeling of central nervous system synapses. The encoded protein interacts with discs large homolog 4 (DLG4). Mutations in this gene have been associated with autism and Asperger syndrome. NLGN4X has two isoforms with predicted MW's of 92 kDa and 94 kDa.

Works well in human T cells lysates. Loaded 30 ug of protein. Blocked in 5% milk. Overnight incubation with primary antibody (1:500). Got a distinct band around ~90 kDa.
