  1X10^6 HepG2 cells were stained with 0.2ug MYEF2 antibody (16051-1-AP, red) and control antibody (blue). Fixed with 90% MeOH blocked with 3% BSA (30 min). Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) with dilution 1:1500.

• Immunhistochemie (IHC): IHC : 1:50-1:500
• Immunfluoreszenz (IF): IF : 1:10-1:100
• Durchflusszytometrie (FC): FC : 0.20 ug per 10^6 cells in a 100 µl suspension

Hek293 cells were fractionated into nuclear and cytoplasmic fractions. specific band for MYEF2 between 55 and 100kd, enriched in the Nuclear fraction. Lanes order: 1-ladder 2-Nuclear fraction 3-Cytoplasmic frcation
