  IF Staining of A431 using CL488-67872

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed A431 cells using CoraLite® Plus 488 MEK1 antibody (CL488-67872, Clone: 3F6D7 ) at dilution of 1:200.

• 

  FC experiment of A431 using CL488-67872

  1X10^6 A431 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug CoraLite® Plus 488 Anti-Human MEK1 (CL488-67872, Clone:3F6D7) (red), or 0.4 ug Control Antibody. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).
