  FC experiment of human PBMCs using CL594-65244

  1X10^6 human PBMCs were surface stained with 0.2 ug CoraLite® Plus 594 Anti-Mouse IgG2a Isotype Control (CL594-65244, Clone:MOPC-173) (red), unstained (blue), or CL594 Anti-Human CD3 (Hit3a) (green). Cells were not fixed. Lymphocytes were gated.
