  1X10^6 BALB/c mouse splenocytes were surface stained with 0.25 ug APC Armenian Hamster IgG Isotype Control (APC-65210, Clone: PIP) (blue) or 0.25 ug APC Anti-Mouse CD3ε (APC-65060, Clone: 145-2C11) (red). Cells were not fixed.
