  FC experiment of mouse splenocytes using 65210-1-Ig

  1X10^6 mouse splenocytes were surface stained with 0.5 ug Anti-Armenian Hamster IgG Isotype Control (65210-1-Ig, Clone: PIP) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) at dilution 1:200 (black), or stained with 0.5 ug Anti-Mouse CD3ε (65060-1-Ig, Clone: 145-2C11) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) at dilution 1:200 (green). Cells were not fixed.
