  HepG2 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 25044-1-AP (HOXA2 Antibody) at dilution of 1:600 incubated at 4 degree celsius over night.

HOXA2 localizes in the nucleus and hsa an association with Microtia, hearing impairment, and cleft palate. HOXA2 as a sequence-specific transcription factor is part of a developmental regulatory system, which provides cells with specific positional identities on the anterior-posterior axis.
