  1X10^6 HEK-293T cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug Anti-Human GEF-H1 (24472-1-AP) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) at dilution 1:1000 (red), or 0.4 ug Isotype Control. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Mammakarzinomgewebe, humanes Magenkrebsgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IF: HepG2-Zellen, HeLa-Zellen, MCF-7-Zellen
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in FC: HEK-293T-Zellen
