• 

  WB analysis of RAW 264.7 using 20852-1-AP

  WB result of EZH1 antibody (20852-1-AP; 1:1000; incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours) with sh-Control and sh-EZH1 transfected RAW 264.7 cells.

• 

  WB analysis of HL-60 using 20852-1-AP

  HL-60 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 20852-1-AP (EZH1 antibody) at dilution of 1:300 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.
