  HeLa cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 26894-1-AP (DDX54 Antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

DDX54 localizes in nucleus and Interacts in a hormone-dependent manner with nuclear receptors. DDX54 has RNA-dependent ATPase activity and represses the transcriptional activity of nuclear receptors.
