  rat brain tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 19794-1-AP (CDH10-specific Antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

Cadherins preferentially interact with themselves in a homophilic manner in connecting cells; cadherins may thus contribute to the sorting of heterogeneous cell types. The antibody is raised against the C-term of CDH10.
