  WB analysis of Y79 using 20766-1-AP

  Y79 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 20766-1-AP (CAPRIN2 antibody) at dilution of 1:600 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  WB analysis of HEK-293 using 20766-1-AP

  HEK-293 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 20766-1-AP (CAPRIN2 Antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at 4 degree celsius over night.

Antibody works very well for WB and IP from HEK293T cells, and works well for WB and IF from rat tissue samples. However, I couldn't get the antibody to work for IP from rat neuronal samples.
