  WB analysis using 15796-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 15796-1-AP (BAP29 antibody) at dilution of 1:4000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Lymphomgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IF: HeLa-Zellen
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in FC: HEK-293-Zellen

• Immunhistochemie (IHC): IHC : 1:20-1:200

• Durchflusszytometrie (FC): FC : 0.20 ug per 10^6 cells in a 100 µl suspension

The protein ran slightly lower than the predicted size (28kDa), it was detected somewhere around 24kDa.
