  FC experiment of Raji using CL647-66360-3

  1X10^6 Raji cells were stained with 0.20 ug CoraLite® Plus 647-conjugated mouse IgG2b isotype control (CL647-66360-3, Clone:11B8C4) (red) or 0.20 ug CoraLite® Plus 647-conjugated CD20 antibody (CL647-60271) (green), or not stained (blank) (blue). Cells were fixed with 90% MeOH.
