  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed HepG2 cells using CoraLite®594 EIF4G2 antibody (CL594-67428, Clone: 3C11A3 ) at dilution of 1:200.

  FC experiment of HeLa using CL594-67428

  1X10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.2 ug CoraLite®594 Anti-Human EIF4G2 (CL594-67428, Clone:3C11A3) (red), or 0.2 ug Mouse IgG2a Isotype Control (CL594-66360-2, Clone: K11A1B2A2) (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).
