  1X10^6 human PBMCs were surface co-stained with Anti-Human CD4 (PB450) and 5 ul FITC Plus Anti-Human CD7 (FITC-65203, Clone: 4H9), or Mouse IgG2a Isotype Control. Cells were not fixed. Lymphocytes were gated.
