• 

  WB analysis using 16735-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 16735-1-AP (MRPS16 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  WB analysis of HEK-293 using 16735-1-AP

  HEK-293 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 16735-1-AP (MRPS16 antibody) at dilution of 1:500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  WB analysis of Jurkat using 16735-1-AP
