Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries

  • Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers

  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues in your own department as well as other departments (Operations, Accounting, etc.)

  • Provide customer support and ensure customer satisfaction

Preferred Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Experience working with customer service/support

  • Good basic computer skills

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Must have excellent organization skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
