  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 12093-1-AP (UBA5 antibody) at dilution of 1:1500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  1X10^6 HeLa cells were stained with 0.2ug UBA5 antibody (12093-1-AP, red) and control antibody (blue). Fixed with 90% MeOH blocked with 3% BSA (30 min). Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) with dilution 1:1500.

Background Information

UBA5(Ubiquitin-like modifier-activating enzyme 5) is also named as UBE1DC1,ThiFP1.It has been detected highest UBE1DC1 expression in spleen, high expression in most other tissues examined, and low expression in colon, prostate, brain, and ovary by RT-PCR analysis(PMID:16328888).
