  WB analysis using 82911-1-RR

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 82911-1-RR (TBCD antibody) at dilution of 1:1500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IF Staining of MCF-7 using 82911-1-RR

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed MCF-7 cells using TBCD antibody (82911-1-RR, Clone: 230209H7 ) at dilution of 1:150 and Multi-rAb CoraLite ® Plus 594-Goat Anti-Mouse Recombinant Secondary Antibody (H+L) (RGAM004).
