  WB analysis of NIH/3T3 using 14327-1-AP

  NIH/3T3 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 14327-1-AP (PGT antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

Background Information

Prostaglandin transporter (PGT), also known as SLCO2A1, has been identified as a functional prostaglandin (PG) carrier that mediates either the release of newly-synthesized PGs by cells and/or the uptake of PGs prior to intracellular oxidation. Northern blot analysis revealed that PGT mRNA has broad tissue distribution, suggesting its role in the transport and/ or metabolic clearance of PG in diverse tissues (8787677). This antibody is expected to detect the endogenous PGT protein.
