  FC experiment of HeLa using 82895-1-RR

  1x10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.13 ug Anti-Human SLC30A1 (82895-1-RR, Clone:230152G12) and APC-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) at dilution 1:166 (red), or 0.13 ug Rabbit IgG control Rabbit PolyAb (30000-0-AP, Clone: ) (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

SLC30A1, also known as ZnT1, is a putative zinc transporter that can prevent cellular zinc toxicity via plasma membrane efflux. SLC30A1 is an integral membrane protein with a deduced length of 507 aa and is predicted to contain six transmembrane-spanning domains (PMID: 15378655).
