• 

  WB analysis of Raji using 26793-1-AP

  Raji cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 26793-1-AP (SIPA1 antibody) at dilution of 1:3000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  WB analysis of HEK-293T using 26793-1-AP

  HEK-293T cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 26793-1-AP (SIPA1 Antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IF Staining of A431 using 26793-1-AP

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed A431 cells using 26793-1-AP (SIPA1 antibody) at dilution of 1:50 and Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).
