• 

  WB analysis of mouse brain using 22197-1-AP

  mouse brain tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 22197-1-AP (SHISA4 antibody) at dilution of 1:2000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IF Staining of HEK-293 using 22197-1-AP

  Immunofluorescent analysis of HEK-293 cells using 22197-1-AP (SHISA4 antibody) at dilution of 1:25 and Rhodamine-Goat anti-Rabbit IgG.
