• 

  WB analysis of human heart using 16283-1-AP

  human heart tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 16283-1-AP (RDH14 antibody) at dilution of 1:200 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  WB analysis of A549 using 16283-1-AP

  A549 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 16283-1-AP (RDH14 antibody) at dilution of 1:800 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.
